With a chassis from R-Geo or TVRP you WILL have the tools you need to contend for wins in any Retro event you attend!
To top it all off, with great body painters like Noose and TVRP, you can keep your ride looking great and you will always be in the running for concours awards in any race you attend!
We at SMRA have been blessed with some great supporters as we head toward our first race. Please show them your support and always remember support your local raceway!

Man, I sure do wish there was a way I could make it up to race with you. It looks like it's going to be one fantastic and FUN time for all! Retro Stock Cars, Flexi-GT and Can-AM cars all in the same day!
There is no way I can make it this time around. I've been halping a friend get his brand new raceway up and running. I'm already going to be running races on that date for him, so I can't pull away at this time.
Once we get this program running, I will be coming up to some of your races!
You have my word on that!
BTW, if I enter the Can-Am race with my Samurai chassis under my Noose body, I will receive $15 in future coupons for my discounted entry fee of $1.00? Wow, if folks complain about the cost of slot car racing, they don't have very much to talk about!

As you said, nobody will be able to complain about the entry fees that Roger has come up with for this race.
Good to hear from you and we WILL see you soon! Rick.

A few other guys that are trying to make it are:

Don Weaver (Hopefully he will come out of retirement for one more race)
Jamy Matthews
Bill Bowers
Dan Parker
Richard Sylvester
Skinny McKinney
Greg Hancock
Jay Guard
Greg Wells
Hopefully a few of guys can make it!

I doubt I'll "un-retire" from road racing. I've found a form of slot racing where all I have to do is go straight for 27 feet....no donuts, switchbacks, deadmans.....Hell, I don't even have to remember to slam on the brakes 'cause there's a big puddle of STP to do that for me. Believe me, remembering to brake had become an issue for me at times! Another good thing about drag racing is that so far I haven't taken anybody (car or spectator) out!
