Looks like a Racer Products chassis from the mid-late '80s.

Parma made them cease production I believe because it infringes on the Parma Flexi patent. They were easily bent in a race.

Hi

I didn't get the patent part of this one, but I observed that this was another chassis that beat me up hip and thigh. Despite the fragility, I could not get it to work either versus any of the competition just like the second gen slotworks.
