Roy Wong raced at Glen Oaks Raceway and the chassis he would show me were mind-blowing. All incredibly innovative and truly pristine; perfect in every detail, solder joints were impeccable, bright and shiny, suited for a jewelers case.
He started racing HO with me and my friends and even in that smaller scale he blew our minds by building a full independent suspension chassis and brought bat pan chassis into HO.
So if there's anybody with his chassis I would buy it at any price or like a photo or article. And if anybody knows of his whereabouts and how to contact him, I would appreciate it, or if any body knows what happened to him.
Thanks.
Can anybody post Roy Wong chassis photos?

I posted an article with one of Roy Wong's suspended chassis about a year ago... I have to find it now.

Is it still on this site? Can i locate it? Hey aren't you supposed to be flying now,or are you using wireless internet at 30,000 feet?
Hey, tell me when there will be web-casted races for us unfortunates who gotta work and can't make the races. LOL.
Hey, even though we're all stuck in the '60s/'70s it doesn't mean our communications technology has to be.

Hi Bruce, the pictures disappeared from the net but here is one of the photos that Philippe posted last year:
Below is an old Model Car Science article with another one of Roy Wong's chassis. Uncle Fred won the race with a 26D powered inline with 1" wheels. He went on to win another race with the same scale car against a couple of pro cars with the 3/4" front, 7/8" rear combination.
Below is Uncle Fred's (Fred Correnti) car with the shiny side down.
There was one other pic of a Roy Wong Lola in Model Car Science. It was an endbell drive anglewinder sports car that was destroyed when it became a rider in Charlie Cressi's lane. Not good.

Bob, thanks! What issue of Car Model was it in. If anybody,s got it please post it for me.
Roy showed me a complete sidewinder that was off the hook, of course, perfection as usual with bat pans. Has anybody other than myself seen this and are there any pictures?

Bruce, I know you raced HO with Roy a while ago, but I wonder if you know where he might be now? Roy and me were inseparable back then and I would love to contact him. He went off to college and his parents moved to California.
