The nose piece is .75 x .064". The weight of the nose keeps the guide flag and front well planted for a deep attach into turns.
The rest is .032" side pans, .062" rails with a Swiss bracket in the rear.
Dimensions are 4.125" wheelbase with a 1" guide lead. On a long O/S Ti22.
My design (part Samson) is simple. From the center bend in front of the motor to the rear I wanted it flexible so the rear wheels are always well "bit in".
The center to front I wanted stiffer to handle deep angle of attacks going into turns.
The result is this sled is awesome as heard from many who have driven it. Coming out of turns it immediately straightens out, setting it up quickly for the punch.
