With the Sano around the corner my fleet of cars is almost ready. First time ever! Usually at most 2-3 are usable at one time. 1 JK spec car, 3 for the flat track Can-Am and 5 for the GTC class. Now all I need to do is paint and mount 8 more bodies. I still have 3 "retired" cars hanging on hooks ( 2 Warmack kit chassis and a Tony P) in my workshop if needed? Hopefully it wont come to that.

Hi Rob,
Very Nice looking fleet you've done and went and built for yourself.

Looking at the three center tripod cars,it's obvious the center one has a plate around the motor box. But the other two look very similar.
Do you still build subtle changes into the chassis?
Just by looking at them there all the same?

Thanks and have Fun running them!

Looks GREAT Rob! I've been working on my SANO fleet as well ;)

All three have subtle differences. The biggest is the middle with part of Swiss's Backagra and a spit bite bar off the center rails barely visable next to the motor. Regardless, no matter how hard I've tried in the past to build stuff exactly the same it's always worked different. I've never had two cars work the same

BTW: How's raceway ownership treating you? Looks like it's coming together nicely judging by the photos I've seen.

Dang! He's got a fleet! LOL Sounds like a good position to be in... ya gots choices. :D I've got 2 completed and building my JK spec car is next. Beyond that, I'd "like" to build a new F1(probable) and another Can-Am/Coupe chassis(less probable).

Tex:

Your welcome to borrow my F1 for the flat track race. I don't plan on racing that class. Last year it was an "A" main car until it was "Howied". It's fixed now.

Let me know

You now have a set of Essss on the BP king? If so then you'd understand. 2 open wheel cars + Esssss = cars go flying, sometimes to the floor.;)

Not funny when your car and front axle get bent like a potato chip  Slot racing what more can I say?

Anyway can we get away from your Howie worship and back to some Sano prep :shok:

Getting ready to do some Hershman tribute painting on the GTC cars. :paint2:

Question for Noose. I lost my window masks, will this mask job pass tech? :friends:

Now to decide if I paint the inside or outside? What will the Sharpie stick to better? OHHH what decisions. :shok:

The white car is a Sano III leftover that Ron VW ran last year. Just need to add some numbers and interiors and this years GTC cars will be done.

Can-Am tomorrow

Yep!

I still have that body, out here the JK Ti-22s are not legal, so it has not been used.

So it is still pretty, along with two Noose bodies that have never been used either.

I assume you mean the white and blue Ti 22?

Send me a Truescale Ti 22 long body and I'll paint one up for you and send it back. I think that's a legal body out there in D3 land?
