Working with Mike via long distance, we got the Ustream video embedded in the first post this morning.

Here's a CLICK to go to Ustream itself, if you want to use/see the side chat.

FWIW, when we tested it last evening, there was quite a bit less glare.

Ray's is in and I'll get him on "mini-blind duty" to see if he can cut it a bit.

Here, guys, try this for viewing the video stream. First click below, opening it into in a new window.

Full Screen Stream

Now resize the window to be as large as you want it and adjust to eliminate the black borders. The ads still appear but this gives you as large a viewing area as you want, though of course, the larger the fuzzier, too.

Will someone post back and let me know if this works for them as described?

Noose, cheater,
I now have it aimed a little lower.

With the webcam Jackie bought me for my birthday, I can adjust it from the computer but it's a bit confusing looking at it
from 4 different views in 3 different windows (the Slotblog imbedded view, the actual U-stream view and 2 views on the Adobe Flash Media.)

Thanks, tony.

Mike Mazur and my other IT guy got pretty "excited" when they saw I had a 9.24 MB upload speed.

Yeah, that's pretty fast. I'm only getting 4.03 Mbps up but down is 20.91 Mbps today, a little slower than the last time I tested it.

We'll tune it up as we go.
The camera is positioned now so I can still pan to the flat track for racing there tomorrow.
Once that's over, I might be able to get a slighly more optimum spot for the King track races.

It's great. If you can get the race announcing clear and louder than the room noise it will be just like being there...

Hi Mike, what internet service do you use?

9.24 MB upload speed must cost a bundle?

It's the highest speed business package.

I'm sure my Comcast home line two blocks down the street is way, way slower.

To keep the bandwidth at the max, I'm not monitoring the Ustream feed with the chat anymore.

If anyone has an important question, they can make a post in this thread or if it very important, call me at (708) 203-8003.
