Here's a CLICK to go to Ustream itself, if you want to use/see the side chat.

Ray's is in and I'll get him on "mini-blind duty" to see if he can cut it a bit.

Full Screen Stream
Now resize the window to be as large as you want it and adjust to eliminate the black borders. The ads still appear but this gives you as large a viewing area as you want, though of course, the larger the fuzzier, too.
Will someone post back and let me know if this works for them as described?

I now have it aimed a little lower.
With the webcam Jackie bought me for my birthday, I can adjust it from the computer but it's a bit confusing looking at it
from 4 different views in 3 different windows (the Slotblog imbedded view, the actual U-stream view and 2 views on the Adobe Flash Media.)

Mike Mazur and my other IT guy got pretty "excited" when they saw I had a 9.24 MB upload speed.

We'll tune it up as we go.Mike if you could move the camera so we could see all the drivers that would be cool during the racing.
The camera is positioned now so I can still pan to the flat track for racing there tomorrow.
Once that's over, I might be able to get a slighly more optimum spot for the King track races.

Hi Mike, what internet service do you use?Mike Mazur and my other IT guy got pretty "excited" when they saw I had a 9.24 MB upload speed.
9.24 MB upload speed must cost a bundle?

I'm sure my Comcast home line two blocks down the street is way, way slower.
