Gerhart, Granger, Kohr, Rodgers, Kormulek, and Mattingly locked themselves into the A main. The rest of the field prepared for the B main.
Ron Pearson got out front early followed closely by Rick Bennardo, Bill Dougherty and Gary Culy. After the first segment, Ron led as the first 4 were all on the lead lap. Rick's tough luck continued as he dropped out in the third segment with gear trouble. Ron now put it in cruise control as he drove to a 6 lap victory over Gary Culy. Bill Dougherty finished 3rd followed by Rick Bennardo and Tom Smith. Ron and Gary moved to the A main.

Fastest Lap of CAN AM B Main............Ron Pearson.............4.3280
It was now A main time, after a brief warm up, we were set to go. Randy Kohr got going early and jumped into the lead from orange lane, Bill Gerhart followed in second with Dale in third. Randy continued to lead by segment 3, as Dale now closed in on the same lap as Randy. By the 5th segment, Dale Granger now took over the lead with Randy and Bill 2 laps down. Bill finally got by Randy at the start of the 7th segment and unlapped himself to get back on the lead lap at the end of segment 7. Dale continued to lead by a half lap in final segment but came off in the deadman with a minute left. Bill took over the lead and held on for his first Mason-Dixon Retro win of the year. Dale Granger finished 2nd, with Randy Kohr in third. Rapid Roman Kormulek had a great run in fourth with Robert Rodgers finishing 5th. Gary Culy, Larry Mattingly and Ron Pearson rounded out the finishing order. Bill's car was a 2010 SKUNKWORKS chassis geared 8-28 equipped with JK Wonder tires.
