We'll be going with Oct. 14-16, (one week before iHobby).
We will be racing the same six classes as 2009 & 2010 with a few small changes in the scheduling to help get done earlier Friday and Saturday night.
With entries ballooning from 122 in 2009 to 162 this year, we will be starting earlier on Friday next year.
We will start with JK Spec on the King at 10 AM with the two flat track races to follow in the late afternoon and evening.
This will allow for plenty of GTC practice Friday night on the King.
With a full evening of practice the night before, GTC tech will open an hour earlier, at 9 AM on Saturday morning.
F1 will follow after the conclusion of GTC on Saturday.
Can-Am, again, will be the only class on Sunday and tech will start at 10 AM.
We were finished by around 5 PM this year.

My sister arranged a cabin in Gatlinburg for that weekend so the family can get together for a memorial service and to scatter our mother's ashes in the Smokies, as she wanted. The dates were arranged to sync with my nieces' breaks from college.
Sigh...

I have to both open and close the business tomorrow, which means roughly an eleven-hour workday, then head for Gatlinburg, TN, Saturday morning. The family is gathering there to honor our late mother's request to scatter her ashes in the Smokies. Attending the Sano and skipping that was never really an option for me.
Talked to Jay and Ralph yesterday evening as they were passing through Lexington, KY, so they were probably waiting at the door when it got unlocked this morning. And if Jay trashes will his usual intensity and perseverance, Mike will have to throw him out of the raceway at closing time every night... LOL!
