With the GT C Amateur race concluded, it was time for the GT C Pro's on the new Jersey Devil flat track. This was M-D Retro's first flat track event ever scheduled. 12 drivers signed in for the event. It was Matt Bruce establishing a new track record for M-D Retro at a 5.6869. Congrats to Matt.

Matt Bruce, Mike ILes, Jay Kisling, Bill Gerhart, Mikey ILes, and Tom Adams qualified for the A main. The rest of the field prepared for the B main.

Wes Pikunis set sail right from the start and for the most part was unchallenged as he won the B main going away. Randy Kohr got by Dale Granger in heat # 6 to take 2nd place. Dale Granger finished 3rd followed by Max ILes, Noose, and Dean Willis. Wes and Randy advanced to the A main.

It was now time for the A main. Jay Kisling got the jump out front and led with Matt Bruce and Mike ILes following. Jay continued to lead until heat # 7 when Mike ILes took the lead. Could Mike hang on and upset the Pros ? He sure did as he took the win by 1 lap over Jay and 2 laps over Matt Bruce who finished 3rd. Wes P had a great run for 4th followed by Randy Kohr and Bill Gerhart. Mikey ILes and Tom Adams rounded out the field. Congrats to Mike ILes on his second victoy of the day. Mikes car was a Samson chassis geared 7-29 with JK tires on the rear.
