Thanks for posting the "rah, rah"!

When the raffle started, I recall telling my wife, considering the great early support by the Slotblog readers, I predicted/hoped we would get somewhere between $2,000-$3,000 in ticket sales. I hope I was "wrong".

I'm pretty sure we'll get some more local ticket sales right before the raffle starts this Saturday afternoon.

Also, if anyone has recently sent a check and I haven't PM'ed or emailed you with your tickets numbers, please contact me ASAP. As of this moment, everyone who has bought tickets that I am aware of, has been issued their numbers.

OK, Speedzone put us over $3,000 in classy fashion. Along with buying some tickets, they donated an additional $265.

For those who haven't heard the story, Speedzone owner Mike Isles won the slot box Jerry Kulich raffled off at the Sano.

Mike was nice enough to reraffle it at the Fall Brawl, raising the additional $265 to go with the $450 Jerry raised at the Sano for Dave.

And you guys think we only hold these Retro races to keep Howiewood out of the Madison, WI, karaoke bars for a few weekends a year.

I have no idea how long it will take to seed the drawing order for 81 prizes and then drawing for them but here goes.

Approx. times, all Central Standard Time:
2:30 PM) Ustream will go on so we can check the quality of the broadcast and post a link here on Slotblog.

3:00 PM) We'll draw numbers to seed the order the prizes are awarded, i.e. the ten Fast Ones 4002B reburb certificates will not be given out in the order they are listed and I'm 99.99% sure, not one after another.

4:00-5:00 or 5:30 PM) We'll draw the tickets and announce the winners immediately. The tickets do have the names written on them but of course the people drawing the tickets will not be able to see them.
