Hello,
I think this is just the place to make this consult.
I'm from Buenos Aires and have sculpted (in epoxy putty) a figure in 1/43 scale trying to look a bit similar to great Tazio Nuvolari.
Do you think that looks a bit similar or not?:

Tazio 1:43

Any criticism well be welcome.
Thanks to all of you.

Leonardo,

I would say that you have captured the likeness of the Flying Mantuan exceptionally well in 1/43 scale!

Thanks a lot for your kind words; the most important incentive for me to make a best work day after day.
ASAP I'll begin with another "Flying Mantuan" ("il mantovano volante" in italian) but in 1/24 scale.
Kindest regards and thank you again:

Leonardo, do you have any plans to sculpt other famous drivers? This one looks very nice. :)

Yes, Bill; I'm thinking to sculpt them, from all ages. My initial idea was to make this kind of figures as accesories for collectors of racing car models.
Thanks you for your words.

Leonardo,
Are you related to this guy (Leonardo Da Vinci) by any chance?
You certainly have some talent . . .

We've only same name and I'm a little younger than him.
Thanks you for nice words, too.

Are you talking about Nelson, Philippe?
I don't know if I can do him. But thank you for idea. Maybe in the future.

Thanks a lot Felice for your kind words.
I'm trying to get more time to work on new historical racing aces.
Then I'll post more scale figures.
Thanks again.

Leonardo:

Fabulous work! The pictures I've seen of Il Maestro show that you've caught the essence of his appearance magnificently!

How about the chiseled features of Dan Gurney for your next project?

Thanks a lot, Jack.
About Dan Gurney for next project... why don't? I've collected a lot of suggestions: Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Fangio, Pedro Rodríguez, Gilles Villenueve, Fernando Alonso, ecc. and of course I'll add to Gurney.
Are there scale models of Eagle F1?
Kindest regards.

Hi friends:
I've gotten my first resin castings from Tazio Nuvolari in 1:43 scale.
I hope somebody of you don't get bored with my message, but if you want to see this first resin casting, please, visit:

All critics and observations will be very welcomed for me.

Hi again:
I hope don't disturb with my news.
But I'm so happy with my 1:43 Tazio Nuvolari's resin castings.
One of my collectors friend, Jiro Sano (from Japan), have hand-painted some of my resin castings from the Flying Mantuan.
You can see the photos here:

But, my friend Jiro is a Tazio's fan, great modeller and have made some modifications on my resins to get then in your own scale cars:

I don't to disturb too much by opening a new thread.

Anyway, I like to know something, if somebody wants to reply:

Which resin kit race car, in 1/43 scale, would you like to have?

Many thanks.
