January's monthly D3 Hardbody races on the BPR Flat track were the usual fun races.

Thanks to BPR's Jim and Debby Watterson for their support of D3 hardbody racing.

Thanks to our race directors: Paul Sterrett, Ken Dylke, and Keith Tanaka.

Here's the complete race/photo report:

The 3C race is a great idea. Anyone try a Carrera Cheetah body yet?
That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

No. How much does the Carrera Cheetah body cost?

Is it similar in size to the blue #18 Cheetah which Ken Dylke races?

I don't have one yet and as far as I know you have to buy the entire RTR car as the body isn't available separately. The Carrera Cheetah is 1/24 so I would imagine it's about the same size as other 1/24 Cheetahs.

Here is a pic from Carrera of America:

Looks like they did a reasonable job with the proportions:

This coming May will be the eighth anniversary of Hardbody racing at BP. I'm glad to see it still continues. I like those 3C cars too. How about more pics of the chassis designs.
