Hi Guys, been semi-offline for a while, busy on 1:1 work and every spare minute spent building and not blogging. ;-)
For the upcoming OEPS series, I decided to build something that has not been raced before, and thus had to make my own version or this really great race car.
I used the modified LMM 2006/5 version as a starting basis and Dremmeled, cut, and sanded until I got the 2009 version of this great car. Lots of sweat and even more dust but a great result;-)
The chassis is scratchbuilt...
Enjoy and feel free to comment!

One more sleepless night and we shall be there...
Here are a few chassis shots...

Remember, two wrongs don't make a right... but three lefts do! Only you're a block over and a block behind.

You're such a magician! What magic you do on the cars you build. What a blessing to witness such things - thank you for sharing your craftsmanship! Now, if you would please send me any of your rejected bodies - LOL!!!!
indescribably fantastic work Fola!

Great press coverage here with both TV and the newspapers coming in to cover the race! Frank Biela, a name some of you may know from his 8+ years driving with the Audi Sport Joest Team in the R8 and R10 cars. Frank and his team mate Matthias Parke on the Werksteam are currently in 12th position.

the first track owner was Achim Zanders. After a short time the track moved to Alsdorf in a comercial bowling center. There I drove my first race on the track and start to love it!
The track rhytmus is so cool! Each round on the track is a challenge without being to difficult or to easy! Moreover the track is a copy of a 1:1 racetrack with very nice details around the track. What can a slotracer want more?
End 2010 the track moved to the new home in 1aSlotpiste. Little modification in the track route was made for the new location. After my knowledge the track is now around 47m long. The track condition is better than ever before and the details are gigantic.

Nick de Wachter, who's got more ISRA-points then Mike Stahl!
Try not. Do or do not, there is no try.
