Here's a direct link to the results page:
R4/4 Automated Results Page
Each line is a clickable link, even though they're not underlined.
I'll post the race results charts here at Slotblog later tonight. I also note that the last couple of Can-Am races don't seem to have posted yet.
There are some races prior to the R4 listed below the R4 results, so be sure to check for the proper dates.

I guess with his slow dial-up, transporting the data in the links is a problem when the video is up and running.

When I opening my new location and was getting the phone line for my credit card machine, I passed on the ATT DSL because they couldn't provide the fastest speed because I was located too far from the "main hub". (I think I heard 25,000 ft. is the maximum distance.)
That's what pushed me into the Comcast business cable line with the 9.24 MB upload speed.

In regards to the Tom Thumb connection situation, Mike McM screamed at on AT&T for months about his miserable connection speed before the race and, as is typical with that company in my own direct experience, he received their standard customer no-service. Mike McM has indicated to me that cable is coming to his area within the next couple of months so this problem shouldn't be present next year.
Another point is that the new LapMaster system is just terrific in so many ways, though most of us feel there are a few small tweaks that would be helpful in adjusting it to American tastes and practices. The automatic posting of results is a HUGE benefit for big races like the R4. I can only imagine how much time would have been required to enter the same info by hand.
Kudos to Carsten for working with Mike prior to the R4 to adjust the program so it would work with his bog-slow connection.
