Went to Slot Car Crossing and found out that they are closed down. The owner of the building sold it on them. Talked to owner who will try to find a new building and reopen in the fall.

I understand that they are reopening across the street and the other end of the block. PM Rich Attee, I think he was helping with the move.

Thanks for the info, guys. I've removed SCC's entry for now and will put it back up when I get the new address and confirmation that the raceway has reopened.

I just got off the phone with Dennis. The building down the street that he was been working on still has had no repairs done (including a roof leak, bad for wood slot car tracks). He has several other options but is in no hurry to open at this time of year, so he is playing the waiting game to see what building works out best. Take a little time off and come back, BIGGER AND BETTER.
So unless some building is just a great deal he is going to wait until late summer or early fall to get back at it. He assures me he is going to be open as he already misses the racing.

Rich,
Thanks for the detailed info. I'll hang on to the entry so we can re-use it once he gets back in operation.
