It doesn't necessarily have to be for racing purposes. Just what you like in the way of looks or any other reason.

I like the Audi GT-1 Coupe, the Ferrari 330 P4, McLaren M6A, and the Porsche 906 bodies.

My favorite would be the Lancer Porsche coupe, later made by MAC & others. That was the top wing car body in the New England/NY/NJ areas during the early 70's. :)

Parma/PSE Intrepid, because racing GTP was so much fun with that body, a Champion Turbo Flex, and one of Dad's freshly built Slotworks Super 16D's. Saturday nights at Hobbymasters really taught me how to drive.

Besides that, I love the Red Fox Honker II, Booth Machine Ferrari 250LM, and JK Lola T70. All of those bodies just look right to me.

As a kid, I probably loved the Harvey more than any other body...a close second was the Classic Manta Ray. Those two are still among my favorites even though neither has much going for them in the aero/downforce department. The H.A.S. in particular was a real challenge to get to handle well.

Lancer P4 one of the most beautiful real racing cars ever made. That Ferrari looks perfect from every angle.

Gotta agree there :good:

For original G7 racing, I always used the Kirby Ferrari, usually painted by Connie Tango.
Years later I moved to the Camen Lancia. I still have a few of my old ones in a box somewhere in the basement

Anything modern.
This is what Slot Cars are supposed to look like.
They are not supposed to look like static models or toy trains.

I always like open wheel. But, back in the day, narrow chassis cars didnt handle nearly as well as fully body cars. But there was one out there that blended the best of both worlds. The Harvey Aluminum Special!

I'll always love that body

I have a clear one. One day, when I stop racing USRA scale, I'll build it up! :D

This was my favorite body, a Lancer Porsche 908:

This was built for the VMRA 36D Modified class; 36D motor, Dynamic motor pod with 1" front & rear tires.

That was a real retro/vintage class. ;)
