So Dokk,

In the past you've hinted about new TSR developments. The last one was about a non-metal top plate. Can you tell us more about what's in store for TSR cars?

Fred,
The next product coming out is a 1/32 scale Porsche 956 RTR with decals for three different versions produced in collaboration with a very famous Italian company.
Beyond that, there is a strong possibility of 4four RTR cars in the 1/32 scale with vintage NASCAR bodies: a Ford Galaxie, Chevrolet Impala, Pontiac Grand Prix, and Plymouth Belvedere, circa 1966. These will have a new brass pan to hold the body onto the chassis. We are awaiting test shots of the new bodies.
Regards,

Philippe de Lespinay

Very nice! Is there anything coming up for the 1/24 scale TSRs?

Yes, but not immediately, as we are negotiating with a company to provide bodies to make RTR cars.

Somebody needs to turn up the old IMC molds. I heard rumors about six years ago that they were still around.

What about a plastic plate for the TSRF chassis? Is that on the burner?

i talked with a Rep from Testors models at a hobby show a few years ago, and he told me that something like this was in the works for future release, as well as other re-issues of Hawk model kits......but he had no specific details.....so let's wait and hope for the best! 8)
