The Chicagoland Raceway opened at 7:00 AM this morning, and the first race is going to be at 10:00 AM.
So, I can only guess? At the start of the race if not sooner?

It's easy to test your connection speed.
Go to speakeasy.net and click on the Speed Test speedo icon about halfway down the page on the left side. Select a city to start the test.
