I have one of each of these boxes as well as the pictures for framing and wall deco - and the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding !!!

Highly recommendable :-)

And what was the pricing for these beautiful boxes?  May be worth having as wall art!

I have most of the parts for a Gurney car. Thanks to Joe " Lone Wolf " Lupo for rummaging through a pile of assorted vintage parts. He picked out the parts that belonged to the car. All NOS. I do need a body and decals. What is the best way to go with putting a proper replica body together?

I already know where I'm getting a box from. :good:

Sam, Rick gives some detail on the body, way back in post #1 of this thread.

Just sniped a few kits on Ebay. Now who has decals?

Which style of car are you going to build,  a Cox version, or like the real 1:1 car,  the number script is different between  the 2.  Electric Dreams has the original style Cox version, on eBay you can usually find the 1:1 style  like the Fred Cady version.   On the Cox version the fuel cap is right where the Harvest Motors decal should go and is very hard  to make it look good, so if you're putting a fuel cap in,  it's placement is something to consider.

Since the parts are NOS I'm going COX style.

I have a couple sets of MRE Cox Repro's that I don't need.  Look to be in good shape with some "yellowing" - would just need a sharp x-acto trimming.  $10.00 shipped.
