Brandywine Raceway - Melbourne, FL. - 12/21/2011

Steve Bowman wins the points series championship in all three classes and takes all the money in three envelopes.

For the 4" and 4.5" classes we run NCS spec rules (except truck bodies on the 4") The Reality Modifieds are cut down brass FCR with Falcon7's.

We race crash and burn you come off, your out. Winner moves to the top and loser goes to the bottom.
100 lap races-10 segment-10 lap each for the feature.

This type of racing is a total blast. Everyone is welcome to come run in 2012.

Kenny Snodgrass is the track owner and the one that makes this all happen. A wonderful host with a 2011 built oval...couldn't ask for more. Real class act !!!

Nice cars!
Can you post a Picture of the bare modified chassis?
We stock FCR chassis at our track but only use them for hardbody conversions, new ideas are always popular.

Sweet!
That gives me inspiration for a new Jalopy category at our track....did you make a Jig for the conversion or do you leave it up to each participant to make his/her own?

The is also a jalopy class at Kenny's now but.  Jig built chassis with very little variation.

What´s the deal with all the rigs?

The rigs are static die cast and placed in the pits for realism.

FCRs with Deathstars were ROCK stars  ... more motor would be a disaster on this track.

I see that a very similar replacement type chassis now cost more than the Parma RTR did.... yeah it's got adjustable body mounts .. big deal, nothing that we couldn't/didn't do with a Dremel.

And ... I had a good run that day ... 3rd in Modified, 2nd in Trucks and 3rd in Stock Car... Crash and burn baby ... guess I didn't come off or get taken out (much) LOL

Yup, still pushing FCRs and D motors.. as THE entry level car.
