Official R4/5 daily schedule

*As we started last year we will again be using a controlled practice format. This will hopefully eliminate "Lane Squatters" and give everyone as much practice as possible in the amount of time available. The format is simple. Drivers will form two lines, one starting at Red Lane and one starting at Black Lane. Those starting on Red will use normal lane rotation (Red - Green - Blue - Purple) then leave the track after Purple and re-join the line if wanted. Those starting on Black will also follow normal rotation (Black - Yellow - Orange - White) and leave the track after White to re-join the line if needed. Please check the schedule to see how much time is allowed on each lane for the individual days. The track will automatically shut off and announce the change with a 30 second pause before power is restored. It has been suggested that a mandatory turn marshall rotation also be enforced during practice. I really don't want to go that far. Please, if you are waiting for a lane or done with practice, help out by turn marshalling so that won't be necessary.

Can someone refresh my memory as to what the "Group 1" and "Group 2" designations refer to? My brain cell isn't working too well this morning.
Mike,
The idea is that roughly half of the entries are on the track practicing. When they are done the other half goes to practice while the first group goes to tech. That way we can start qualifying immediately after Group 2 is done practicing.

When will my autograph sessions be scheduled for? I think At least two per day to make sure all of my fans get some face time...
Thanks, Bud.

The first time you go to tech you will be handed a piece of paper with a Group 1 or Group 2 on it it. There will be designated practice sessions for each group through the weekend.
Thank you, Ralph.

You have the "Champagne Room" booked for two hours each day. Don't forget my 25% cut. And I assume you want your appearance money sent to the same numbered account in the Caymans?
Ah, Mikey, bag a donuts. You never disappoint. The family is happy.
