I just finished this. Jairus painted the inside of the body. I scratch built most of the parts. I detailed the rest. It came out well. It's off now for a nice chassis.

Wait, this is a 1/32 scale model, right?

Who makes the body? Looks great! It does look like the Fly car in 1/32 scale and even the parts look like they came from one, hence I was asking.

It's a John Dilworth repop of a GT Models original. All the rest is Jairus' magic paint and pure Chris Clark genius!

Looks nice but i could not tell from the small pictures if it was larger, or one of these 1/32 scale models with custom parts added:

Credit it to my rather impaired vision. :(

Chris, looks like beautiful work once again! What chassis under that beauty? :)

Beautiful work as usual, Chris and Jairus! Hard to believe its a vacuum-formed body.

Its the Racing Team AAW Porsche 908/02 of Hans Laine and Gijs van Lennep, as raced in the 1970 12 Hours of Sebring.

Nice one Dennis - looking forward to your chassis. Everything is loose so you will be able to make adjustments if need to.

Looks absolutely fabulous. The Chaparral 2D decal sheet has the small gold Shell decal...just in case you've got one laying about.

edit: Dennis is building the chassis? Wow, what a team...more like the A-Team. :heat:

I believe that the Cox decal is too large for the area... :(

If the 1/24 decals are too big, I will use some 1/32 ones that I have.

The frame has been started, but no photos yet, unless Russell wants to publish some.

I do not want to hijack Chris' thread.

Extremely magnificent! Chris your scratch building skills are above the norn of professional, and Jairus your artistic work is always flawless. Most don't have the skill, the education,or the patients for such a work of art. thanks for sharing with the rest of us.

Finally finished this car. Had to wait for the chassis to be built and then had to make a lot of changes. It came out pretty good in the end. I hope you like it.
