Race 4 of the 2012 Bay Area FCR Championship at Eddie’s Slot Car World.

Randy Tragni takes the win for race 4 of the 2012 Bay Area FCR season at Eddie’s Slot Car World in Vallejo.

Randy took the checkered flag to gain 10 points against a near full field of competitors at Eddie’s. Randy laid out 229 smooth laps and had a best time of 5.87 seconds on the fast green lane.
There were a lot of wrecks along the way but, somehow, Randy managed to avoid most of them. A few racers seemed to be more interested in precision targeting as a number of cars wound up inside the hole of the dead man.

Wolf Immel takes a strong second place with 226 laps followed by Tom Joseph in 3^rd (212 laps). Tom also got the fastest lap at 5.82 on orange.
Veteran Uncle Gary Hoehn took a strong 4th place (210 laps) followed closely by Sam Rock in 5^th (198 laps). Talk about close overall racing!
Veteran champ Sam Rock took a strong 3^rd place (225 laps) followed closely by followed by David Springer in 6^th for the last point paying place.

Randy and Wolf are once again tied for 1^st place in the championship.

Points are awarded to the first six finishers:
10 points for first place, 8 points for second, 6 points for third, 4 points for fourth, 2 points for fifth, 1 points for sixth.
