The time has finally arrived! Open practice going on as we speak!

So far R-Geo's Chris Radisich, FSF's Brian Cox, and Tom Harrington from Nashville are here.

Fast lap so far is Chris Radisich with a 4.22 in Can-Am!

More to follow!

Good night of practice. About nine racers total (most are coming tomorrow).

Everyone seemed real happy with the track and the facility.

Thanks to Carsten and Chris Radisich we got the live timing site working; we may fire it up tomorrow.

The Ustream broadcast will be up for about an hour Thursday night during practice, and then will be on full-time Friday.

I'll keep updates going through the day as much as possible!

Should put us there by 6:00 PM or so.

Looking good so far! Everybody is really dialing in. Had several racers that couldn't make it that originally planned to be here so the overall turnout might be a little off, but everyone is having a great time and thats the most important! (Sano Dave taught me that)

Testing right now are:
Mike McMasters
Noose
Johnny VW
Ralph Thorne
Bobby Robinson
JC Martin
Mark Griffith
Spencer Hurst
Skyler McFall
Chris Radisich
Brian Cox
Paul McMahan
Tom Harrington
Rick Crutchfield
and a few others

Jay and Greg are close!!

Big dogs Chris Barnes and James Merriman will be here Saturday for Can-Am!

They're working on it now, Rick. The computer the raceway is using for the feed went to sleep and took it offline.

I'm gonna try to embed the stream here when he gets it going again.

We don't know what is happening with the feed, which seems to work for some but not others.

There will be no lap timing, as Roger switched back to TrackMate when we had counting issues there was no time to diagnose. Sorry...

Possibly, Rick, but I simply don't know. Roger and Randal had tested all of this and had no problems, so I really wasn't involved in the video feed until they started having problems and there's simply no time to test the things I would need to test to figure out the problem.

Right now the video stream is turned off because nothing is happening and the track is off. I think he'll try to start it up again when we get to racing. Whether it will stay online consistently then is something we'll just have to see.

IMO, I would sooner see the lap counter vs the track shot.

Can you post the direct Ustream link... no need for the dead lap time link.

I also would like to see the camera on the monitor
