I want to get a new slot box. What are some good websites to look at or people who build them?

Thanks.

Spencer,

One person you can have Roger contact is Jim Williams at Hudson Valley Raceway. JIm makes fantastic boxes in all styles. The one you saw of mine was made by him.

I got this from Arron Brothers art supply for under 30 bucks:

It holds six cars, spare parts & tires, a Roddock controller, oil & other fluids & misc tools. Very compact & I carry it everywhere. NorCal Retro approved! :)

Whatever you buy, remember you have to carry it. A 40 pound box empty is sure as hell heavy when full. Sometimes better to have 2 smaller ones.

I use a JC Slot Boxl, I have the flight box. The open section in the bottom holds my glue gun, soldering iron, helping hands clamp rig, four or five spare chassis, rags... it's deceptively big.

If you don't need a custom box, I'm sure one of our sponsors could help you out. :) Call Mid-America for the details.
That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

Noose is right! I use superior materials and building technics. All this means lighter and stronger.

My website is under construction, but our most popular model is displayed there.

Russ & Tim,

I really wish we had an Aarons close to us as those would be perfect for storing extra cars, etc. Their webvsite could really use a search feature!

As it happens, Jim and I have been in conversation about some boxes lately--and I can attest, this is one of the guys Worth Talking To. Give 'im a note and see what develops.
