D3 Hardbody race report - May 20, 2012

Contested on the Flat track at Buena Park Raceway, 3 races had the first two cars just a few feet apart at the finish. The 4th race was a runaway compared to the others with just one lap separating the first two racers.

The first race of the day is a combination of 3 C's (corvettes, cobras, cheetahs) and Trans Am.

80's Grand National podium, L-R, Paul Sterrett 2nd, Hector Gonzalez 1st, Victor Dubrowski 3rd. Hector won a close race with Paul, Victor was not far behind in 3rd.
Stock 36D inline NASCAR race

36D NASCAR podium, L-R, Paul Sterrett 2nd, Keith Tanaka 1st, John Hartman 3rd. Keith barely edged out Paul for the win.
The last race of the day, Jalopy

Would you believe another close finish? Paul Sterrett again edges out Keith Tanaka after a very close race.

The next D3 Hardbody races will be Sunday June 3rd. Track opens at 11 am, first race starts at 1 pm.
Our next regular hardbody races will be on Sunday, June 17th. Track opens at 10 am, first race starts at noon.
