Bull stopped and got defeated right there in the Ring.
Three classes... three winner prizes, three pizzas, two cakes. (the first one got ate before I could get a picture), and a huge dose of Good Old Southern Short Track Hospitality provided by Kenny Snodgrass.
4" Florida Pro/Trucks
4.5" FCR Stock Cars - The standard with modern or Retro bodies.
4" NASCAR type Modifieds. The over-powered, over-geared track pounders.
We run Crash AND Burn "only".
Two 25 lap qualifiers, then the 25 lap consi... (five races of five laps each).
100 lap Feature in the Trucks (10 x 10).
60 laps with the Stock Cars and Modifieds (6 x 10).
The gang.
The cars.
The cake.
The podium.
All our thanks go to Kenny - track owner and promoter.

Super nice cars !!! Are the '60's Fairlane and Chevell bodies from OUTASITE ? The track looks like it could get a bit crowded with the 4.5 stockers, must be lots of fun !
Some of the guys run those same Modifieds at THE RACE PLACE on Saturday nights during Wall Stadium's and New Egypt's off season.

The Stock Car bodies are the Same 4.5" that we run in IRRATM Retro Stock.
I think O/S makes them both but check the IRRAtm rule book here on slotblog for part #s. There is someone else making the that Chevelle also.
Yup, couldn't be much tighter running crash and burn on a FOUR INCH lane spacing track Perfect!
I sure do miss Wall Stadium - just love these cars. I'm running the #00 Joe Brady owned / John Blewitt III driven Modified tour car.

I'm trying to get Jerry to run something during the week on the oval, the 4.5 FCR car might be the way to go. The cars you guys run look great...I'll try to put something together and see what he thinks.
Are your FCR cars pretty much stock from the box ?

When I first saw slots on an oval I said "that's dumb". Now I'm totally hooked

MELBOURNE, FL - The "racing weekend" began on Wednesday night as more than 25 Stock Cars, Trucks and Modifieds helped Brandywine Raceway celebrate its first anniversary. Our host Kenny Snodgrass took the FCR Truck win, Bill Pinch won in Stock Cars and Lee Fish was tops in Modifieds. "Thank yous" to everyone who came to help celebrate, to Millie for the cake, Jerry for the pizza and drinks and to Bob Rondinone for doing the bulk of the race directing.
