We had 10 racers for full day at Boogies today.

I didn't take my camera so I don't have any pics. It's really too bad because there were several new chassis being run today and they really worked well. I'll try and get some pics the next time I see the guys. . .

We started the day with Stock Car. Mike Reniger set the pace early on and never looked back. He set the new track record and his car was solid the entire race. That Falcon motor will hit the trash pile now. . . .one and done.

Stock Car
Mike Reniger 242
Phil Sloan 237+
Rick Sloan 237
Dan Grounds 228
John Miller 210
Bill Biggy 210
Randy Polaski 210

In F1 Rick Sloan drove a great race and Chris Miller (Speed) drove splendidly and finished in 2nd place about a half lap in front of Phil Sloan for 2nd. This was a great race with each position a few laps apart.

F1
Rick Sloan 257
Chris Miller 251+
Phil Sloan 251
Greg VanPeenan 250
John Miller 248
Rich Attee 247
Dan Grounds 246
Mike Reniger 244
Bill Biggy 38 (Broke)

Can Am was won by Rick Sloan with his smooth no nonsense driving style serving him well.

Can Am

Rick Attee 253
John Miller 252

Thanks for posting the results John.

Rick and Phil Sloan are hard to beat as most of the mid west racers know. The run by Chris (Speed) Miller in F-1 was the story of the day. I have not seen him drive like that for a while. Give him a good car and he can get er done. Good Job Mike Reniger on the Stock Car win
