That looks like a legendary privatly owned 240' oval club track somewhere in the hinterlands of North Caroliina... it has been there for ever, & I believe it is located in an old cloth mill. I also heard the normal car on that track is a scratch built chassis, hard body w/ gp 20 motor... Can any one verifythis???

Looks like they're taking up 2-3 lanes each on a 1/24 scale track. They sure sound cool, too.

On '92 EuroNats in Kuopio, Finland the Russians had a big scratchbuilt truck with them. It couldn't fit under the bridge but managed the other turns somehow. Lifted over the bridge the lap time was some 11 -12 seconds.
