Guessing we'll have perhaps 20-25 racers by the time tech closes.
Since someone commented in another thread that they'd like to be able to see more of the track, I need to explain that unfortunately we don't have a camera location this year that will allow that. When the racing starts, we'll adjust the camera to show the lap counter most of the time. The camera we're using can be panned and tilted from the computer so we'll go occasionally back to the driver's panel. But mostly we'll keep it pointed at the lap counter while the races are running.

The Flash encoding improves the picture resolution about three or four times, but the processor limitation was causing the 20 frames per second going into the encoder to come out at four to six frames per second, even with the processor running at 100% capacity.
In previous video streams I've run using the Flash encoder, the 20 fps in would output at 15-18 fps.
I've lowered the audio quality a bit to see to allow me to increase the video quality slightly. Please let me know how it looks and sounds now.
