We're looking forward to some fast laps Saturday, weather is cooling and you know that means times will be quick! Nick and Rube will be there, not sure about Tommy and Jake yet.

Due to some RC construction at the TRACK, we have been advised to bring some fold up chairs if you need them. The TRACK is one of the fastest kings in the country, its time to go fast,

Roman will have the surface ready to go.

Sorry I can't make this race. None of my motors are legal thanks to the endbell screw rule. The only thing I have to race is my retro pro's and I can't see making a 1 1/2 hour drive to race for three minutes then drive 1 1/2 hours home.. What ever happen to this separate series for the retro pros anyway. I hope I didn't waste my time and money on something that isn't going to happen. I did that once already on that Parma flexi joke.

And speedzone was after Sept. 1 so once again no motor for can am only retro pro. I raced on the king at the nats. when it was at chick's and it is an awsome king. I'm sure that the crew at speedzone spared on expence to make sure it its just as good if not better then it was last time I raced on it. 7 hours on the road plus tolls PLUS MISSING MY SONS 2ND BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR ONE RACE?
NEXT TIME LEAVE THE CAPS ON AND MAKE THE FONT BIGGER.

Bring your lane marker cards; since the IRRA made such a big deal about it the race director will be checking. Additionally, there is nothing in the rules that says you can't move your car backwards to get out of an unfavorable situation.

The government has decided to wave the motor screw rule this race. So come and race. No excuses.

Looks like we're gonna take a direct hit from Sandy. Latest storm track predicts direct hit between Washington and Philly starting late Sunday. Are we still racing tomorrow? I hope so, but I understand if the decision is made not to.

Saturday will be fine. Rain will pick up as we get later into the weekend. Storm doesn't really hit til Monday at the earliest. Most likely Tuesday/Wednesday.

Well, that's what I was thinking, but aviation weather service thinks bad weather may start late Sunday here in central PA, earlier to the south, with the worst coming Monday and maybe Tuesday. I'm all about racing tomorrow but don't want to drive 3 hours in the morning only to be the only one to show up!
