If you have tried using a regular C-Can endbell hardware jig, what problem have you run into?
I assume you're talking about this sort of endbell jig:

Need something that you can use to drill the holes with.
Roger no longer has his jigs; talked to him today.

I have the one G, showed. It has worked great for me.
I line it up with the jig, and then drill the top holes with a dremel.
Then I take it out, and flip it upside down and put the other two holes in,
with the bar inserted and abbra cadabra, perfect alignment. Works like a charm!
Just checked out Precision site and it is full of great stuff.

install a slug in the can then place endbell onto can , stand upright then place brush hoods in place with a brush alignment tool .
Dill holes for screws with a rotary tool .
Make sure a small amount of high temperature epoxy is used to hold the bushing or ball bearing in place.
Job done.
