Anglewinder Coupes saw Duran Trujillo over Bryan Warmack and Tracy Chin in a very close race. Great job total newcomer and SpeedZone racer Wes Pikunis with 4th fastest qualifying time and Howie Ursaner to qualify with an inline.

Retro 1/32nds had Duran and Dennis Samson first and second with Dennis' neat little 1/32nd chassis with Bryan Warmack third.

Great run Herman James in 4th.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Bryan and Phillippe who put in a LOT of hours helping run this race!! Thanks to John Cukras for "rescuing" Retro racing in the West and a special thanks to Debbie Watterson, Greg, and Jeff for helping at the track for many hours to keep the tracks running well!! Great job everyone and GREAT FUN!! I had a lot  of fun--BS'd with a lot of great people!! The "Jersey Crew" of Jay Kisling, Mike Isles, and Wes P----had the pit area in stitches with all their great stories and pure enjoyment for slot racing!! Great to see you all-- CYA at the next big races!! Enjoy---Looking forward to your report Bryan--I know it takes a LOT of time to do it!! Thanks again!!

Friday's last race was Retro Pro and was once again won by Duran Trujillo with Speedzones Jay Kisling and Mike Isles 2nd and 3rd.

Jonathan Forsyth was a strong runner until running into trouble.

The weekends premier race saw 65 entries and AGAIN Duran Trujillo prevailed...........but it wasn't so easy. Duran had to move up from the B Main and great runs by Mill Conroy in 2nd and Mike Isles in 3rd kept it close. 1st and 2nd fastest quallifiers Bryan Warmack and Bob Crane both ran into mechanical trouble with broken guides. Great run Tore Anderson who came from the C Main to be in contention.

Sundays race was the F1 which Duran Trujillo has won for the last 3 years so the smart money was on Duran to make it a clean sweep this weekend.............however!!.........Alex Freund had other ideas and just nipped Mike Isles at the end with John Cukras 3rd. John was just a few feet ahead of Bryan Warmack in 4th at the end and Bryan was just feet ahead of Duran.

At half distance it looked like John Gorski had everyone covered until his motor suddenly slowed......bad luck John!!

Great weekend by Speedzones Mike Isles with 3 podium finishes!!

A great weekend of racing and full report with pics to follow shortly........

Way to go Team Black Sheep Mike Isles. You are starting to run like Matt. Can't keep you off the podium.

Any pictures of the 1/32 retros?  Sounds like something we might want to start in the Ohio Scale Racing League.

I'd like to thank Duran and especially Alex for helping me put my F-1 back together, after it was taken out by a "racers" thumb 3/4 of the way down the straight just before the race. Alex saw what happen and was the first to step up, and Duran's laser vision spotted the problem instantly. I didn't have a stellar performance in either Can-Am or F-1; hence not mentioned in race results, I had a random dude asking me question about relativity; I'm tired of running on "sissy power" but I still had tons and tons of fun. My face hurt from laughing with Tracy and Howie back at the hotel, after the race! (Great to seen you guys) and Mike Isles (sp?), great to meet Jersey Joe, ( I'm taking you up on the invite), my Noose bodies lived to race anothr day and I enjoyed "holding court" with my peeps from the left coast and I received gift from Mill!

I guess perception, flows from point of view.
