Just finished talking with the Holiday Inn hotel management. They have had yet another increase this year but they did agree to hold the rate for the R4 from last year. $95.00 per night if you mention the R4 when booking. I know it's not the lowest rate in the area but it is one of the nicer hotels. Within the next two years the new casino, which is only about 5 minutes from the track BTW, will have their hotel open which will put pressure on the other hotels in the area. Rates should improve then.
