[Dan Myers]

We had an action packed, fun filled day as is expected.  We had 95 entries in the 4 classes with a break down as follows, 14 Stock cars, 31 Can Am's, 29 Formula One's and 21 Flexi GT's.

 

As, expected the tracks were fast, the food was great and there was plenty of it for sure.  A big thanks to Momma, Steve, Jeffy, and Willy.  After some early morning practice here is how it all shook out.

After 2 heats here was how it shook out.

 

 

 

We quickly followed that up with 4 heats of Can Am which when the dust settled turned out like this.

Then 3 heats of the ever eventful Formula One(btw No American King surfaces were harmed using .790/.040 in this race)

Then we finished off the night with 2 heats of Flexi GT

Again a huge thank you to all the racers that came out, a big round of applause to the winners, Marc Picione(Stock Car), Ron Hershman(Can Am), Dave "Shadow" Simerka(Formula One), and Tom Lauterbach(Flexi GT).

 

Big thanks to Camera Guy Aaron Ploskunak(Steve will probably have the pics up shortly), a big thanks to Denny K and Ron Culp for teching, and again the whole Rt. 93 crew for the wonderful food and atmosphere.

 

As always it was a pleasure, and we hope to see everyone for the Season finally April 6, 2013 at Bristolville Center Raceway.

it seems as though the penn-ohio tracks all have their own flavor.  rt. 93 has great racing and the food is wonderful.  always look forward to rt.93
