Model Die Casting Bodies

Model Die Casting, Inc. produced hardware bits for slot cars; cast hypoid gears and wheels and some nice "hypoid" (offset) motor brackets for their hypoid gears. They also produced some pre-fab chassis and marketed their own version of Mabuchi motor (The Panther).

In mid 1965 they had some bodies made and put all the pieces together to produce two R-T-R cars; a Lotus 30 and a Ford GT. By mid 1966 they got on the "Thingie" bandwagon with a new R-T-R car and body they called "The Bat":

Steve,

Just for info, my MDC Lotus 30 is a kit, but with prepainted body, and I've seen these on ebay with clear bodies too...
