LOL, where have you been for the last 6 years?

. Oh you know..just sayin us 7 racers were runnin flexie, that's dead, or fcrs,Fcrs are dead, so now retro is it ,If you want to race..I'll race bricks if that's what everyone else does and is most popular...but likes been talked about before not gonna build different cars for so many different classes at different tracks..the retro series is popular because of it's national rules, Seems some track owners don't want to do retro for different reasons for fear of looseing there racers, well guess what your looseing them anyway. The turn over rate, decent track attendance only last a couple years in an average location. After that if not doing something different, they're bored! Wake-um up .retro is the hot series..and series races bring in the money..or just run your races with 5 people as the bored people drop to maybe 4 then 3 then go on out of business..wondering where the people are..Shut up Ralph ,ha ha.no don't..just agree with me..

I have it marked on the calendar, and I was one that talked to JC and as of now I have myself, John Forrester and Charley Cornel with two more maybe. I just gave away my FCR cars to a friend who just got back into racing cause I have no interest in racing at a track close by. But after talking to JC I am excited about this race. Took all other cars out of box and all retro now. Only thing worth racing now. Only two tracks worth racing at close to me...Snellville ga. 1 1/2 hrs away and hopefully Talladaga google shows 1 hr 47 minute away(at speed limit. LOL) bet I can knock 20 or so off that! Going to build two new can am and hopefully a NASCAR. Kind of looking forward to race here and with some new folks.

Just a reminder for everyone that we'll be utilizing the .790 rear tire/.040 rear clearance rule for the F1 class.

Looking forward to another fun event!

Thanks to all the racers who came out and supported this race. We had racers from 3 States represented for a total of 37 entries for the 3 classes run.

Thanks once again to Shirley Harrington for doing such a great job as race director.
