Race time on April 13

Everyone --

For our monthly retro races, I normally start practice at 9:30. We start racing at 11, getting 1 class in before lunch and finishing with 3 more after. This month it appears we may have our largest crowd yet. It has been suggested we start practice at 9:00, and Mike has agreed to that.

We would like to start racing at 10:00 (or even 10:30), in order to get in all 4 retro classes. This may be hard for the Seattle, Montana, and Coulee City guys. Are you all up for this? Feedback would be appreciated.

I heard back from the Seattle racers that this is not feasible for them. And since we are expecting 6 "distance" racers (2 from Seattle, 2 from Wenatchee/Coulee, and 2 from Montana, I think we need to respect what will work for them.

I would suggest we stick with the slightly earlier start time, encourage local racers to get her for practice early, and let the guys who travel have some priority practice time when they arrive.

The plan is to run the 4 retro classes: Can Am, Stocker, F1 and Coupe. If we run out of time the coupe would be the one we would leave out.

Let me know if you have other suggestions for this race.

Im crashing at "Crazy Jacks" place and we gonna tear up his HO track Friday night and come on into Spokane Saturday morning.Man, this is slot car racin, we'll be ther what ever time the doors open!!!!! Wink Wink!!!! Hillbilly

Sounds Great!

Tim and I are really looking forward to this event, Mike's track looks just killer.

I doubt I'll be able to make the next one, though. May not be able to handle the car ride so soon after going bionic.
