When the date was set for the Music City Shootout I started working on setting a car up for the Black Snake. I knew that I would need some help because my home track is a tri-oval (only left hand turns). So I ask a few questions of one of the best MSwiss and he not only gave me answers, he built a chassis for me. Not only what I had asked about but a bit more that I had expected.
Yes, it is a JKX25R with three .047" rails and a little some thing extra on the front, set screws to adjust the pan sideplay. That will come in handy when I get down to Central TN Raceway. Also with a set of MSwiss ball bearings.
The chassis has a Bud Bartos front axle with JK plastic fronts.
The motor is a Falcon 7 Screamer from PCH.
With a O/S Ti22 narrow nose body.
I am looking foward to getting there and putting on a set of the tires that we will have to run and get this thing dialed in.
