I think this is the GTC-PD race on Friday afternoon.
One of the racers (Chris Barnes?) took up a collection for some flowers and a card for Freda Crutchfield, who worked herself to the bone keeping the racers fed and the trash cans emptied. I think she looks a little touched by this toekn of appreciation from the racers.
As mentioned elsewhere, Gil Gundersen flew back from Ireland the night before the event started. Based on his Can-Am finish, he must be immune to jet lag. I think we know what his drink of choice was while there...
