A friend of mine sent me this photo of a cornhole game he's working on. I liked the theme, and thought some of you on here might like it too:

Mike, how do you play it? I don't think I've seen one before in all my years. I can drill a hole in a piece of wood.

Corn holing is real popular. You will see a lot of people corn holing on Daytona Beach. They have corn holing tournaments at the world famous Iron Horse (biker bar) every Tuesday night. The place will be loaded with corn holers. I remember the first time someone asked me if I wanted to go corn holing. I looked at them like your crazy and we might have to go outside about talking to me like that. Then they explained what the game was and I LMAO. Its a fun game but horrible name. Haha

Hi Mike,
Great activity game to play!

There is some strategy involved when two or more people are playing. The game is played similar to horseshoes for points, and is played to 21 to be declared a winner. 3 points for in the hole, and 1 point for on the board. You opponents corn filled bag, can cancel out for points in the event they match your toss. The bags are actually weighted and are made to a certain regulation size. The distance between the boards are also pre-determined by the rules.

The crazy paint schemes that one comes up with make them all that much more fun to play. A few years ago, I built about 6 sets of boards, and purchased the corn-filled bags from eBay. 'Shades' my neighbor painter decorated these.

Please put a disclaimer in the title, this is a family site :D Brian, can't get more authentic than that using actual Crapper flanges to make a nice round opening.

For the love of God, please don't tell me there is a game called "Buggering" :shok:

I only posted the photo because 99.99% of the cornhole games I see are, in order:

OSU Buckeyes

Plain

Cleveland Browns

Pittsburgh Steelers

Cincinnati Bengals

I just thought the vintage auto racing livery was a nice change.

And Brian: I like the photo you posted, but REAL toilets in the front yard would make YOU the envy of the neighborhood! :D

If ya keep missing and lose ... ya can't say my game was 'in the toilet' today.

I saved the picture of the toilet cornholing board and sent it to the guys who are always cornholing. They love it and are gonna make a toilet cornholing board for there selfs. Thanks for the inspiration One Track Mind. I'm going to the beach today to surf and maybe do a little cornholing down there as well. Lol

I'm sitting down here on the beach watching a bunch of pepole cornholing and drinking. They say when you drink it makes the cornholing experience that much better. Lol. I'm tring to get a picture but don't want to get beat up. People take cornholing serious down here.

Yes Bob.. the rip current is crazy! Its even to bad to surf. I think that's why there are so many people cornholing today. Lol.
