Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Greg, what were the total laps for the top three? Second place with 288 and first with 283???

Probably just a typo. I'm bringing the results over from Facebook, typing them in.

Gimme a moment...

OK, I see my error. I misread a 280 as a 288 due to the "crossed" zero. Fixing now.

Thanks for catching that for me, Greg.

It's called sign painter's disease. You're concentrating so on doing each letter, number, etc., that you don't realize you just misspelled the word... LOL!

Many years ago when I was a high schooler, one of my old car friends was a sign painter in Printer's Alley in Nashville, right next door to the famous Hatch Show Print. I was in his studio one day and made a few rude remarks about the various misspelled posters and signs laying around his studio. He was rather annoyed but still took the time to explain to me about sign painter's disease...

Had a great time racing at HVR this weekend.

Noose runs a very professional event and makes it enjoyable for all. Jim at HVR was fantastic, I'll be back their to race soon. Everybody made me feel right at home.

Learned a lot and looking forward to attending as many events I can. The competition is the best.
