Wow .... finally.

 

Before and after.

 

I didn't invent 'wings' on slot cars but I did bring them to real cars.

Thankfully Gary Burgin took the time to hear my story and test it out, the rest IS history.

 

In the B/W poster the car is second to bottom row far right.

Based on the title of this thread:

 

This was a rockin' funhouse where Nitro was served daily and many 'Funny' drivers stopped for a drink.

 

This picture was taken in 2016.

 

Hint - it was located in the great state of Pennsylvania

Who lived there in the mid 1970s at the top of their game?

In 1971 and 1972 I drive a Top Fuel Dragster.  At Sanair in Canada Lew Arrington asked if we wanted to "Party" with him and his crew......  We declined.  Opportunity Missed!

The answer is B it's a Dragster inspired by the Can-Am cars of the day driven by Herm Peterson.
