[86ed once again]

I have talked to some people who I guess were not aware of the chassis length rule at the 2013 Div 1 Nats. All Div 1 cars (everything except boxstock classes) may not be shorter than 4.100 measured from center of guide to center of rear axle. For boxstock chassis refer to the specific class guidelines.
