$18.00-2X-4X
$19.50-5X and above
$4.60 for Priority Mail

Mike, how did you know that The Who are our favorite group (Mrs. Cheater and me)?

We saw them in Atlanta two days in a row... And while I when I was in college at Ga. Tech, I fell into a 12th row seat for the Quadrophenia tour simply because I was in someone else's dorm room listening to his stereo...

Mike asked:

"Does that mean you'll buy a shirt?" (and I inadvertently deleted his post: too much of that brandy that LarryLS recommeded)."

You bet, Mike. Two XLs.

I'll take one XL shirt, Mike. I'll pick it up when I get there on the 11th.

I am assuming that the shirts will be black with white and red printing? "Blue King Blue" (as modeled below by Jeff Miller) shirts would be definitely sano but adds one colour so they are probably more expensive to make?

That's thirty minutes away. I'll be there in ten.

Cool design, hope you can get a Steube likeness, too - he needs to be on there.

One XL for me please.

Mike, THE WHO was the first live rock band I ever saw in concert. Here is my old Quadrophenia concert shirt!

Later-bloomer, huh, John? :D

My first concert was Janis Joplin, with the Rotary Connection (including Minnie Ripperton) as opening act.

I was fourteen at the time...

Mike,

Can I just pick mine up at DA Sano instead of having it mailed to me?

Sounds like we should all wear old concert shirts to Da Sano?

Visitors are encouraged to check out local band... Mr Blotto during your visit.

Great Shirt!

Will you all smash your cars up as the grand finale? That'd be awesome.

Hey Cheater, that was you in the 12th row? I was in the tenth row center stage because a guy I knew who worked for Peaches got free tix, and couldn't find anyone else to go. He just knocked on my door that night (starving art student/no phone). I was never happier to be a homebody than I was that night. It remains as one of the best/luckiest experiences of my life. Certainly one of the top ten live shows I've ever seen. And the Who have always been my fave band, too. MOON! :shout:

Thanks for reminding me.

Put me down for a XXL!

Durl

PS: You know Maya Rudolph, the amazing comedian/singer on SNL, is Minnie Ripperton's daughter, right?

Durl,

I did not know that Maya was Minnie's daughter. Thanks for that.

I fell into my seat at that Who concert the same way. I was in the dorm room next to mine, on the second floor, across Techwood from the Ga Tech stadium, listening to Doc's stereo because I didn't have one of my own at the time. Someone threw some gravel against the window, and when I threw it open, there were a bunch of guys from one of the frats on the sidewalk.

"Where's Doc," one asked. "He's gone to the Who concert," I responded. "Oh, I have an extra ticket I was gonna give him. You interested in going?" I was downstairs in a flash and we all walked down Techwood to the Omni. It wasn't until we got inside that I discovered it was a 12th row seat in the center. I was probably right behind you...

Hey, here's an idea if it ain't too late: Take a picture of one of yer racers holding a controller up in the air the way Pete's strumming hand is.

PS: Cheater, a particularly melancholy note is at the end of "Loving You", when you can hear Minnie soflty say "Maya, Maya".

Since you didn't preorder before I placed my order, I'll have to see what I have after the race is over.

I did order a bunch of alternative colors in XL and XXL figuring if I can't sell them, I'll wear them myself to replace all the ones I ruined building and painting the flat track. :)
