Did anyone race a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville? Decals?

I'm back looking for livery for another Hasegawa stocker, this time a Pontiac Bonneville. I'd done a bit of searching but couldn't find any reference to one running in NASCAR or other stocker racing.
Does anyone know of a car that competed and have pictures? Better still, where can I find decals?
Otherwise I'll have to look for some big red "25"s and do it like the box lid.
Thanks,

Are the GTO and Bonneville the same? The pics I've seen show a different grill, scoop on the GTO and rear wheel spats on the Bonneville. The body has the spats and no scoop.

The 1966 Bonneville is the full-size car. The GTO is based on the mid-sized Tempest. Only mentions I have found of Pontiacs in that time frame are for GTO's

If you model is a Bonneville the best option would seem to just do it as Allison's GTO.

Joe Weatherly ran a 1962 Bonneville in NASCAR, it was dark red with a white #8.
Paul Goldsmith ran a Bonneville up to the time GM pulled out of NASCAR in 1963.
I found these pics of a Bonneville slot car built by Ezio Scisco:
David Pearson drove this famous Daytona Beach Kennel Club backed Bonneville:
Look here for a selection of decals: Slotcars 4 U

OK...I did some looking and here is what I came up with.....H.B. Bailey ran one in 1968 at Daytona. Red bottom..white top #36 a good shot of it is at the 2.02 mark and a glimpse of it at the .15 sec. mark.

Thanks for the research. That site looks like a great reference. I registered a couple of days ago and was waiting for the moderator to activate my account so I could post a question but it looks like you've saved me the trouble.

I was wondering why I was seeing cars as old as 1961 in that video. A little research told me they ran 3 races that weekend, the "500", an ARCA race, and a late model. The oldest cars were obviously from the late model race, according to the race results I read. But it did show what Steve was looking for...nice digging!

Yes.......they ran several races that weekend. Sportsman was one class and I think they called the other one modified Sportsman....( I could be wrong)' It was kinda fun digging around....I'm glad I came up with something. I think a set of decals for H.B. Bailey's other cars would work ok for this one.

According to the archive I found, which included finish results with car make and year, they ran ARCA, and NASCAR late model and Grand National
