Gateway Slot Racing Association has been promoting "scale" slot car racing in the St. Louis, Missouri, area since 1992. The club races every Wednesday evening on ten different custom-built smooth, routed four-lane tracks that include ovals, roadcourses, and an 1/32 scale 1/8 mile drag strip.
