Sort of resembles the Pactra Competition guide, but with square corners and a "flap" over the braid mount... and a 1/8" post.
Anybody know who made this? Part number? Availabilty date?

Can't argue... There's nothing in any of the Testor advertising or retailers catalogs I've ever seen.
Testor was pretty skimpy about advertising their slot car products.

This is the guide they used on all their kits and RTR cars... but I will verify that ASAP.

Yep, definitely Testor - the "Special Design® Teflon pick-up guide" - no part number unfortunately. I have just one product sheet from Testor, with five of their cars and their "custom quality parts" - but the pickup isn't listed on there!
