Jay Guard and I pulled in the SpeedZone about 1:15 PM or so, after our little 850-mile jaunt from Hotlanta, to find the raceway already hopping with racers tweaking and practicing. Dunno when I've ever seen a raceway with so much pit space!

At least three West Coasters are already in the house (Duran, Jason Holmes, and Mike Kravitz) with many of the usual East Coast suspects, like Jersey John, Gorski, Edsel, etc., present as well.

The 2013 Fall Brawl is shaping up to be a very big race with an insane level of competition.

Gotta run check in at the hotel (since I never can get Guard to leave a raceway before they throw him out at closing time...) and grab some eats. Will snap some pics and post 'em a little later.

Yeah, couldn't read the monitor, but looks like Jay and Duran were sluggin' it out. Don't know the other racer in the mix.

Probably resume at 7 AM West Coast time. We shall see (hopefully!).

The RetroPro race was pretty tight last night between the top three.
